Shear Tech Model DS-6500/6600 High-Speed, Programmable Bates Numbering System
The Shear Tech model DS-6500/6600 high-speed, stand-alone, programmable & fully automatic Bates numbering system. Automates such jobs as sequential page numbering (Bates numbering/paginating), document labeling and time and date stamping. Can also be used as a high-speed document and page counter. Prints any alpha-numeric info (page number, case name, time/date, etc.). Ink jet technology prints on top and bottom of page. The DS-6500 prints letter-size 8-1.2" x 11": the DS-6600 prints A4 size (210 mm x 297 mm). 200-capacity document feeder (6,300 docs. per hr.) Four operating modes: printing, counting, splitting and clock. It is keyboard programmable with 60 print formats, 3 font styles (standard, bold, extra bold), 5 variable types (date/time, mumeric prompt, alpha/numeric prompt, counter, group counter), long-life cartridge with "Low Ink" notification, RS232 port.
