This through-the-wall drop box with dual doors, Model WDS-311-DD, is a dual-door version of Model USWDS-311. Designed to be installed between the wall studs, it has the additional door in front. Drop from the front and remove from either front or back. The perfect way to lock and secure rent checks, letters, mail, cash payments, large envelopes and more. Features: piano hinge, drop slot opening (12-3/8"), long enough to drop legal size paper or large envelopes, metal baffle to protect drop openning from fishing, pre-drilled mounting holes on sides for in-the-wall installation (hardware included), two tubular keys, reinforced double steel door to protect against prying, designed for standard (16" on center) wall studs - requires cutting the drywall between studs, includes two removable and adjustable metal frames to hide the rough cuts, maximum thickness of item to drop is 1/2".
